Gazprom says sells 2 issues of bonds worth 60 bln rbl

MOSCOW, Aug 29 (PRIME) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom has finished placing 60 billion rubles of exchange bonds of two issues, the company said.

Bids for a 40 billion ruble issue and a 20 billion ruble issue were collected last week.

The coupons are tied to the RUONIA average rate.

Gazprombank is the organizer of both offerings.
